New Music: Mustache Girl

Mustache Girl was the first song that Mrs Courtney Voorheis ever sang on for circuitse7en.  I had written the song in my head during our bi-weekly car trips across the state to pick up/drop off my kids.  I took the lyrics and broke down the individual syllables into one-two syllable words for Courtney to read.  I handed her a list of nonsense and told her to read each one in a “sexy voice”  i then proceeded to chop up each syllable and put them back together in the order of the lyrics of the song and added a dark idm house style beat underneath.  The song sat untouched for a while but recently i decided to dust if off and rework it into the mix you hear today (the D. Sanchez Mix).  I ended up gutting everything but the vocals and pretty much starting from scratch with new programming and alto-bass.  I also got out my trusty ebow and laid down some haunting melodies that i am really proud of…
